  • Strategically planned, created and managed a cohesive AI educational program (including over 50 videos, 7 interactive reference guides, and an asynchronous micro-course)

  • Engaged and interacted with key stakeholders to analyze and understand unique digital content needs using human-centered design techniques

  • Wrote, designed, and published a robust public SharePoint site, generating nearly 9,000 internal views and engagements

  • Utilized a multimedia strategy (text, graphics, audio, & video) to engage stakeholders and simplify the complexities of AI product development

  • Designed over 200 graphics (used internally and externally) to drive audience understanding of complex technical, operational, and business topics
